If you are feeling sluggish and not as happy as you should be, maybe it’s your diet or urban lifestyle to blame. 


A few changes in your everyday routine can do wonders for your health.


1) Ditch that coffee first thing in the morning and opt for fresh juice instead:
Most of us, me included, need coffee to kick-start our day. But replace that with fresh wholesome fruit (and/or vegetable) juice and your body will thank you.

2) Opt for carpool or public transport at least once a week:
This is for those who never drive anything but their own car. Car sharing or anything similar gives you the chance to look around and admire things you would otherwise miss and also interact better with those around you.

3) Spiritual healing:
Learn to connect with God for some time every day, meditate or chant, spend some time with loved ones and you will feel an inner happiness.

4) Learn to laugh and appreciate things more often:
Did you laugh today ?Not only does it boost your heart health but laughter is also an antidote to stress and suffering. 


5) Keep one day of the week as gadget free day:
If you happen to be a slave to technology with some gadget strapped on all the time, learn to keep at least one day of the week completely gadget free to restore your equilibrium.

6) Do one good deed a day:
Whether it’s helping someone less fortunate than you in monetary or any other way or even planting a tree for the coming generation, do your bit.

7) Breathe in and out, stretch out at work and home:
Get some exercise, drink lots of water, eat healthy wholesome Superfoods and organic food . Junk all junk food.

You will instantly feel much much better!
