Health is your wealth! (Superfoods -part 2)

We do a lot of damage to our bodies by following an erratic lifestyle and by eating junk food. This can be effectively reversed by substituting our eating with some Superfoods. This restores some kind of balance to our human bodies.  



1) Walnuts:
If you notice, a walnut actually resembles the human brain somewhat. Nevertheless, it is a powerhouse of nutrients for good brain and body health.

2) Sea weeds also known as sea vegetables:
They are rich in iodine and help to draw toxins in the human body together, so that it can be effectively dispelled through the colon and kidneys.Kelp,wakame and sea lettuce are some of these Superfoods though there are many more.

3) Raw cocoa(cacao)powder:
This might be eaten raw and is used for making chocolate also, but the primary benefit is that it improves your cardiovascular health and blood flow, since it is packed with flavonoids. Good for the brain also.

4) Bee pollen:
It is supposed to be one of the anti-radiation Superfoods and is also anti-inflammatory. It is "one of the most nourishing natural foods known to mankind."

5) Chlorella and Spirulina:
These are two more Superfoods that are available in abundance along the equator. The benefits of these algae are tremendous. These can be taken in powder and tablet form too, and are available in health shops.
